How we handle the information you share with us. Last updated 7 August 2026.

This policy explains what personal information LB GROUPS(“we”, “us”) collects through www.lbgroups.in, why we collect it, and what rights you have. LB Enterprisesis the registered entity responsible for this website and acts as the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you type into a form and submit. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.

Dealer registration form

  • Business name, owner name, business type
  • Phone number, email address (email optional)
  • Location and approximate monthly requirement
  • Any additional notes you write

Event booking form (Grandio Events)

  • Name, phone number, email address (email optional)
  • Event type, event date, guest count, location
  • Any requirements you describe

Contact form

  • Name, phone number, email address (email optional)
  • Your message

Product enquiry

  • Name, phone number, email address (email optional), location
  • The products and quantities you selected
  • Any notes you add

2. Why we use it

We use this information solely to respond to you and to carry out the business you asked about — replying to an enquiry, discussing a dealership, quoting for an event, or arranging supply. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database protected by row-level security, so enquiry records are not publicly readable. Access is restricted to authorised LB GROUPS staff signed in to our admin area.

Cross-border transfer: our database is hosted in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo, Japan) region. By submitting a form you consent to your information being stored and processed outside India.

4. WhatsApp

Several buttons on this site open a WhatsApp conversation with a message pre-filled for your convenience. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Once you do, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no tracking pixel on this site. We use only:

  • Enquiry list— the products you add are saved in your own browser’s local storage so the list survives a page refresh. It stays on your device and is only sent to us if you submit an enquiry. Clearing your browser data removes it.
  • Admin sign-in cookies — set only for staff signing in to the admin area. They are never set for ordinary visitors.

The contact page embeds a Google Mapsframe so you can find our premises. Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies when that map loads; this is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

6. Technical information

To prevent spam, we briefly check the IP address of form submissions to limit how many can be sent in a short period. This check happens in memory and the address is not written to our database. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our business records — normally up to three years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law (for example tax or GST records). You may ask us to delete your information sooner.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to erase your data, where we are not required to keep it
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to
  • Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We aim to respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, database access is restricted by row-level security policies, and administrative access requires a password-protected account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices change. The revision date at the top of this page always shows when it was last amended.
