These terms govern your use of www.lbgroups.in, operated by LB Enterprises trading as LB GROUPS. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. What this website is

This is an informational and enquiry website. It showcases the products we distribute and the services we offer, and lets you contact us. It is not an online shop:

  • You cannot place a binding order through this site
  • We do not take payments here and never ask for card or banking details
  • Submitting any form starts a conversation — it does not create a contract

2. Product information and prices

We try to keep product details accurate, but descriptions, pack sizes and images are for general guidance. Product photographs are illustrative; actual packaging may differ.

Prices shown are indicative maximum retail prices (MRP) in Indian Rupees and are not an offer to sell. Prices, availability and the product range may change without notice, and dealer or bulk pricing is agreed separately. Where a price on the site differs from the price confirmed by our team, the confirmed price applies.

Availability labels such as “Available” or “Limited Stock” reflect our general position and are not a guarantee that stock is on hand at the time you enquire.

3. Enquiries, dealerships and events

  • Product enquiries are requests for a quotation. Supply is confirmed only when we agree quantity, price and delivery with you directly.
  • Dealer applications are subject to assessment and approval. Submitting the form does not appoint you as a dealer or create any exclusivity.
  • Event bookings through Grandio Events are subject to a separate written agreement covering scope, dates and payment terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or another person’s details
  • Send automated, bulk or repeated submissions through our forms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its database
  • Copy, scrape or republish the site’s content for commercial purposes
  • Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

5. Intellectual property

The design, text, layout and graphics of this site, together with the Love & Bliss and Grandio Events brands, belong to LB GROUPS unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own reference; any other use requires our written permission.

Ibery and other third-party marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. We reference them as an authorised distributor and claim no ownership of them.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to external services including WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including products listed — without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business arising from your use of the site or reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pollachi, Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
